Return Process

  • Once the return request is approved, instructions for shipping the product back will be shared.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or wallet, depending on your payment option.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
